"There was a guy called Dave working there. He made me laugh, was very polite and professional and helped me when I needed more sweet and sour sauce. All this with a smile on his face. This was a pleasant surprise after recently visiting the Brentford Maccies, which was not so friendly."

"I’m giving this store five stars because the food was good, and I know firsthand how challenging restaurant operations can be.I appreciate the effort management puts into improving a store, and I can see that a lot of work has been done here. That said, I think the team could benefit from some additional training. I understand that hospitality can be busy and demanding, but there were a few basic service issues during my visit. My food was left on the counter without anyone calling the order number, I was handed three drinks without straws, I had to find a cup holder myself, and no sauces were offered. Customer service is not only about what is said. Sometimes body language, facial expressions, and attitude communicate more than words. Unfortunately, the customer service from some team members did not feel welcoming or attentive. A friendly attitude and better engagement with customers would make a significant difference. These are small details, but they have a big impact on the overall customer experience and are areas that management may want to focus on during training. Overall, the food was good, and this review is intended as constructive feedback to help the team continue improving."

The chicken was perfectly crispy and full of flavour, and the sides were hot and satisfying. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d happily stop by again."
